Easter 2010 - By Me
I’m generally rubbish at photography, I don’t think I have an imaginative or creative bone in my body, but I am rather pleased with this photo. I think its rather good. If I do say so myself :D
Good thing/Bad thing
Good Thing(s): Looking forward to dinner with my friend Gwennan tomorrow. Looking forward to the fudge cake at dinner. Finally felt comfortable and not anxious being back in the lab.
Bad Thing: I seem to have a persistent cough. It was annoying my friend at work today, so she asked me to stop breathing…..I’m sure she meant that in a jokey way….

My office is too cold :( There is only a tiny portable heater which takes about 3 hours to warm the room, and the window here is very old and does not insulate well at all. It also does not dampened noise from the construction site across the road. Oh well, my boss isn’t here today so I have the place to myself; cue plugging my mp3 player into computer speakers and jigging round the office to warm up. Yes. JIGGING.

Good thing/Bad thing
Good Thing: The butternut squash, sundried tomato and quorn chicken tart I made from scratch for my dinner was very good!
Bad Thing: The low fat muffins I made earlier are not fit for human consumption. Substituting butter with low fat yoghurt makes the cake fuse to the muffin case :/
